What we do AWQC provides a comprehensive range of water and wastewater services. Please follow these links to read more about individual services including: analytical services in inorganic chemistry and wastewater, biology, microbiology, product testing, and organic chemistry.
Testing AWQC offers a variety of more than a thousand tests. See links above (under What we do) about common tests. For further price information please contact the Customer Service Unit at AWQC.
AWQC is a commercial operation employing scientists and technicians in many disciplines. Part of the service includes advice relating to your analytical needs or test results. Information or advice required beyond this scope will be charged at professional rates.
Please note our organisation is located in SA and biological samples will need to arrive and be processed by our laboratories within 24 hours to maintain analytical credibility.
Sampling packaging and information To ensure your samples are processed in the quickest and most efficient manner please provide all requested information as outlined in our sample checklist. Further information on sample packaging and bottle requirements is also available to maintain the integrity of the test results we produce for you. Further queries can be directed to the Customer Services Unit.
Payment We offer invoice payments with a minimum charge of $55 (including GST). This applies if the total invoice does not exceed $55.
Service delivery AWQC can offer some flexibility on turnaround times (TAT's) for various analyses based on client requirements. Please contact our Customer Service staff to discuss your needs.
A preliminary report may be offered if some TAT's are shorter than others, again depending on clients needs. Once all work is complete a formal NATA report is circulated to the relevant signatories for official sign off before sending to the client.
NATA accredited reports are emailed in PDF format. Other delivery methods can be discussed with Customer Service staff.
